No Return & No Refund

We do not offer returns, refunds, or store credit under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Defective or Missing Items

Replacement is only applicable if you receive a defective or missing item.

Without an unboxing video, no claim will be accepted. If approved, only a replacement will be provided (no refund).

No Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as it goes into processing immediately.

Exchange (Size or Similar Issues)

Exchanges are possible in certain cases. However, shipping charges for both pickup and re-delivery must be paid by the customer.

RTO (Return to Origin)

If your order is returned due to unavailability or incorrect details, re-shipping will be done only after prepayment of shipping charges.
